1. Eligibility

1.2 Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
1.3 Vendors Must have been a Consistent Member Of Logos ‘Ouse International
1.4 Vendors Must be A Premium Membership (A Logos ‘Ouse Subscriber on Tiktok Or Directly)
1.5 Vendors are not allowed to sell illegal goods or provide illegal services.
2. Subscriptions and Donations
2.1 Access to certain features of the platform is limited to subscribers or donors.
2.2 Subscription fees are charged in Nigerian Naira (₦5000 Monthly).
2.3 Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
3.1 Vendors are responsible for managing their products, inventory, and orders.
3.2 Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including taxation.
3.3 Any fraudulent or prohibited activities will result in account suspension or termination.
4. Platform Fees and Payments
4.1 The platform may charge commission fees or subscription charges for using its services.
4.2 All transactions, including sales and subscriptions, are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
4.3 The platform is not responsible for payment processing delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
5. Content and Listings
5.1 Vendors must ensure that product listings are accurate and lawful.
5.2 The platform reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or violating our policies.
6. Liability
6.1 The platform is a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors.
6.2 The platform is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of this service.
7. Termination
7.1 The platform reserves the right to terminate any account for violations of these Terms.
7.2 Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time.
8.2 Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
